Work has begun on Woodford Architecture and Interiors plans for the renovation and refurbishment of one of Exeter’s finest Grade II* listed houses.

Due to the properties elevated position it is a clear landmark from several points in the city centre and was described by the architectural historian Nicolaus Pevsner as "the piece de resistance of Regency Exeter".

As part of our full architectural and interior design service we have been commissioned to provide new joinery designs throughout the property, bathroom, ironmongery and lighting specification and project management.
