Located one of the most picturesque estuaries in Cornwall in a peaceful and picturesque area favoured by walkers, nature and boat lovers alike.

Our project was the renovation and refurbishment one of the area’s most iconic waterfront cottages. A remodelled floorplan with a new centrally located staircase which now makes the most of the available space in this modest size cottage.

New features include a well-equipped kitchen and generous kitchen island together with a new boot room and utility with lots of storage opportunities, a new children’s bunk room and built-in furniture and features have created a magical family cottage.
