A new riverside home overlooking Helford River in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We’re replacing an outdated property with a state-of-the-art family home including an outdoor swimming pool, boat house and creek studio. The design is based around four linear blocks that house the core functions of the home while a bridge link connects to the main entrance at first floor level and into a dramatic vaulted ceiling entrance hall.

Sub-tropical landscaped gardens slope down to the water’s edge connecting the new house to the sailing waters of Helford River between Flushing and Falmouth in West Cornwall.
